PCC Rokita S.A. is one of Poland's largest chemical manufacturers. The collaboration with BETONOX covered the delivery of key investments in modern, environmentally advanced production technologies.
1. P-6 Hall – Warehouse and Production Facility
Comprehensive construction and assembly works in hall P-6, including reinforced concrete and steel structures, walls, roof and finishing works for the warehouse and production facility of PCC Consumer Products Kosmet.
2. Membrane Electrolysis Installation
Execution of the zero-level works for the Membrane Electrolysis installation – one of the plant's key and environmentally advanced technologies, replacing outdated mercury-based methods. Scope included foundation works with reinforced concrete trays, water and drainage networks, and earthing installation.
3. Ultra-Pure Monochloroacetic Acid (UP-MCAA) Production Installation
Zero-level works for the Innovative Ultra-Pure Monochloroacetic Acid Production Installation for PCC P4 Sp. z o.o. – a very high-purity product used in, among other sectors, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Works included chemical-resistant resin floor coatings, external water and drainage networks, and site development.
